One single room for rent

I am renting a single room, in a house with a yard (behind the garden is Chinbrook Meadows Park), in the Grove Park-Chinbrook area (SE12), in the SE of Lewisham (on the border with Bromley), only for professionals. The house is very welcoming and friendly, and everyone's privacy is respected. The room and the house are fully furnished. I am looking for someone who will fit in, is easy going and tidy. Bills and internet included, free parking on the street, bathroom and toilet are separate. The house is 5 minutes from the bus stations (284, 261, 126, 273) to the locations: Bromley, Catford, Eltham, Lewisham and 10 minutes from Grove Park train station (to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Waterloo).
