This well-lit room is flooded with natural light in the day, has black out curtains, as well as offering overheads and lamps for the night. It comes with your own bathroom which is just next door to the room, shower, sink toilet, underfloor heating and a jacuzzi bath. Your room has a queen sized Murphy bed which is super comfortable - it allows you to have it pulled down for constant access to the bed or put it up to open up the space. The room also has a small fold old desk that can be again - left out or put away. The room has a hanging rail, larger chest of drawers and small chest of drawers along with one storage box which fits on top of the Murphy bed.

- **Location:** Close to Lee train station (10 min straight walk) with easy access to shops, award winning restaurants, excellent transport links and beautiful pubs! Blackheath, Catford and Lewisham all closeby and by train London Bridge 12 mins, Charing Cross 18 mins and waterloo 15 mins.
