We have a spacious, fully-furnished loft bedroom with a private bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and plenty of storage available for rent from 15 January 2024. The room includes air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the summer months.

The room is available MONDAY TO FRIDAY and is perfect for someone who wants a relaxing base to stay in London for work, study, or travel.

Our home is just a 5-minute walk from Lee Station and a 10-minute walk from Hither Green Station, with quick train connections to London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Cannon Street. The 202 and 261 buses to Catford, Blackheath, and Bromley are also nearby, along with other routes. Within walking distance, you'll find a Co-op, various bars, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Situated on a quiet street with minimal traffic, our location offers a peaceful atmosphere close to the city.

About Us:
We are both professionals in the IT industry who mostly work from home. One of us enjoys playing guitar and learning French, while the other loves gardening and unwinding with a coffee. We share our home with our creative, sociable 10-year-old daughter, a big Taylor Swift fan.

Ideal Lodger:
We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and prefers to socialise outside the home. This is our family home, so we’re seeking someone who is respectful, values a friendly environment, and would enjoy living in a family setting. No couples please, single occupancy only.
