Short term room available in 3 bed all female house in Hither Green. Lovely quiet road 10 minute walk to Hither Green Station.

Double room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, bedside tables.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and separate wc.

Live in landlady, working in theatre & the arts, sometimes working from home sometimes away for part of the week.

One other female lodger. (Three people in total.)

Looking for someone reasonably clean and tidy, reliable and trustworthy.

Great location – 10 mins to Hither Green Station or Lee Station (we are right in the middle).
Fast regular trains, 10- 15 mins to London Bridge (for City) and 20-25 to Waterloo & Charing Cross (for Southbank, West End & Covent Garden) buses & travel connections across the capital.

All facilities nearby, lovely parks, cafes, pubs, shops, takeaways, gyms, restaurants, cafes and a big Sainsbury's nearby.

The road is quiet with free on street parking.

Might not be suitable if you are allergic to cats as my neighbour’s cat visits from time to time.

This is short term let.
