A big and bright ground floor double room with bay window, furnished with king size bed and mattress, chest of drawers, small desk, breakfast table, clothes rail. You are welcome to add furniture, and I can remove some items if not needed. The big black office chair and patchwork armchair in photos belong to current occupant and are not included. All bills and wifi included.

Big shared kitchen with lots of storage, big shared bathroom with separate shower. Shared living room / dining room with french windows to garden. You would be welcome to contribute to the gardening / have a patch to grow some food if you like.

The train from Lee station gets you to London Bridge in 15-20 minutes. Bicycle storage available in the hall, and step free access to side alley / garden.

If you intend to work from home this might affect the heating bill so please flag this in your reply. I'm open to couples sharing the room for an extra £250 pcm (negotiable). Please include a little information about yourself in your message to help us get to know each other :)

This is a queer-freindly, neurodivergent friendly and disabled freindly space. I'm a poet and artist and work at the Horniman Museum, I'm out 8am-430pm during the week, perform a few nights a month and come back late. However I have a chronic pain condition and need my rest. I have a partner who spends the night 2 nights a week, and I'm at hers a couple nights a week so you'd have the place to yourself a bit.

I'm passionate about nature and the environment, interested in anything creative, mostly vegetarian but respectful of all dietary choices and requirements. I like to cook and share food with whoever I share with but also happy do my own thing. I do intend to find a flatmate I get on well with and will be inviting few a people round for a tea and a chat before making a decision. I'm open to you having guests in the room within reason and happy for you to use the front room to entertain, I like meeting new people!

No pets and no smoking inside the flat please.
