Large double room available in a spacious, beautifully presented split-level two-bedroom flat in SE12, shared with just me (the owner) and my very friendly indoor kitten, 'Dog' 🐱.

The bedroom is a genuinely large double with lots of floor space and a huge amount of built-in wardrobe and drawer storage. It comes furnished, although I'm happy to discuss furniture depending on what you already have.

The flat has a large open-plan living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with wooden floors, breakfast bar, dishwasher, integrated appliances and plenty of storage. The living room is very much a shared space, with a large sofa, TV and dining area, so I'm looking for someone who wants the place to feel like a home rather than just renting a bedroom.

I'm a professional musician, usually performing every evening and weekends, and sometimes out during the day too. Because of that, the arrangement would particularly suit someone who normally works away from home during the week, so that we both get plenty of time having the flat to ourselves.

I'm looking for someone professional, clean and considerate who's friendly and happy to have a chat when we're both around, but also independent and respectful of each other's space.

You'll also be living with Dog, my friendly indoor cat (pictured!), so being comfortable with cats is essential.

Good transport links into central London, with Blackheath and Lewisham within easy reach and connections towards London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross and the City.

£1,200 pcm including bills and broadband.
