Double Room - London SE12 With Walk-in Wardrobe

Our place is clean, calm and trendy and is next to Horne Park and it's in a suburban area in Greenwich, walking distance from Lee station.

We're looking for someone to share the house with 2 other flatmates (Jon and Cam).

My name is Laura, I own the house, and I've recently moved to Barcelona.

The house is a non-smoking environment.

The house is only a 7 min drive to the beautiful village of Blackheath and a 10min drive to Greenwich Observatory. You can take a bus from Blackheath station to our house.

Alternatively, it's a lovely 15 minute walk to Lee train station, which will take you into Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge and Cannon Street in under 20min.

The room available is a gorgeous Master Bedroom, with a fantastic L shaped Walk-in Wardrobe, and wooden shutters. It comes fully furnished with a large Queen Size bed (with plenty of storage underneath), bedside table and a large chest of drawers.

There's also a big attic for extra storage space and the living room offers a lovely gas fire place and a large table and sofa to work from home, or to simply relax watching some TV.

We have a fridge, freezer, washing machine, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, flat screen TV and fast broadband.

There's also a beautiful garden which you can use to relax in during the summer months.

£870 per month, bills included (council tax, water rates, gas and electricity).

Broadband and TV license are paid separately to one of the flatmates.

One month deposit, minimum 3 month contract and then ongoing as long as you want to, with 1 month notice.
