I have a nice fully furnished double room to rent in SE12, zone 3, for a Mon to Fri lodger, from mid July - easy transport to Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Charing Cross, Cannon Street, Waterloo East.

I have a two bed house so there's plenty of room, a large back garden and free parking on the road / my drive if you'd rather swap parking mid week.

I'm pretty relaxed. I'm 33, a change communications professional. I like my music, meditation, morning yoga, quality time with friends and family. I'm clean and tidy, a pretty good cook and love to travel. I can be away with work a lot sometimes. Looking for someone who's also clean, tidy, professional - easy to be around.

10-min walk to Hither Green station; 6-min walk to Lee station. It's a fab location for trains into central. 35-min door to door to Canary Wharf (via DLR at Lewisham). 10-min Hither Green to London Bridge (13-min from Lee). 25-min to Cannon Street. 17-min to Charing Cross.

I'm looking for someone from mid July but I'm flexible on move in date.
