hey, I'm seeking a female professional between 25 and 30 years old to fill this excellent double bedroom!
A bit about me (the landlord):
- I don't live in the property.
- I work in finance and am very into contemporary art.
- I'm a Londoner and grew up in west Greenwich.
- I'm currently based more central for my job.
A bit about your prospective flatmate:
- You'd be sharing the flat with a 25 year old female professional at an enterprise software development company.
- She has been living in the flat since February 2024 and is a very kind and considerate person.
A bit about the property complex:
- The flat is in the California Building in the Deals Gateway Deptford property complex (google it to see photos).
A bit about the room:
- The room comes with a reasonably new double bed and mattress, chest of draws, bedside table.
- Ensuite bathroom.
- Decent storage space.
- Light and quiet (has a large window with a view of a leafy courtyard).
- Happy for you to make it your own a bit.
A bit about the flat::
- Large open plan kitchen and living room space
- 24/7 access to a decent onsite gym and swimming pool (included in rental price). 5 mins walk to a PureGym.
- Wifi (obviously).
- Newish boiler and washing machine.
- Underground parking if you want it.
- 3mins walk to a supermarket.
- Literally 3mins walk to Deptford High Street (DLR).
- 7mins walk to Deptford Station (National Rail).
- 8 mins walk to Greenwich Station (DLR & National Rail).
- 8 mins walk to New Cross Station (London Overground & National Rail).
A bit about the rent / agreement:
- Rent is £900 a month. Deposit is the same.
- A 25% of monthly rent holding deposit is required. This is deducted from the first months rent.
- My preferred agreement is 12 months, with a 6 month break clause and 2 months notice thereafter (i. e. you have to stay for 8 months minimum).
A bit about the bills:
- I (the landlord) take care of the administration of the bills.
- Bills are currently £172 a month (per person).
- Bills cover council tax, electricity, water and WIFI.
A bit about availability:
- Ideally looking for someone to move in on or around Sunday 29th September 2024.
