Double bedroom available.

The house is in the Lee Green/Hither Green area of Lewisham, close to Blackheath.

The bedroom has a double bed, armchair, desk, chair and plenty of clothes storage.

You would share a good sized bathroom with bath and shower with one other person.

There is wifi throughout the house.
Washing machine and tumble dryer available.

There is a secure bike hangar in the street charged by the council.

At the end of the road is a lovely small park with a cafe and tennis courts.
Local shops, chemist, take aways, pubs and restaurants are a 5 minute walk.  Supermarket is a 7-10 minute walk. Blackheath Village is a 10-15 minute walk or a short bus ride.

It’s a 7 minute walk to Hither Green station with direct trains to central London.

Our household consists of me (the homeowner), I live self contained downstairs. The upper floors are occupied by a maximum of 3 tenants.

I’ve lived here for getting on to 1 1/2 years now and I can safely say it’s my favourite place that I’ve ever rented while living in London. The house is peaceful and has a very easy going vibe to it. It’s also beautiful, full of lovely features like the doors and the windows. Nina is just lovely, so easy to get on with, and always there if you need anything.

My shoulders always drop & relax when I walk out of Hither Green station as the pace of life is so calm here. At the same time you can get to London Bridge in 10 mins and Charing Cross in 20 mins. Best of both worlds!

I’ve been living at Nina’s house for a little over two years, and I love it.
It’s a lovely, warm, calm home.
The rooms are a very good size, with a nice bathroom and kitchen. We all get along well and look out for one another, whilst respecting each other’s privacy and space.

The house is set on a pretty, residential road that it is peaceful and friendly. Hither Green is a lovely area - there’s a gorgeous park at the end of the road with a library and a cafe (with great cake!) There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Blackheath, Greenwich and Lewisham are all within walking/cycling distance, but there are great transport links, too - you can be in London within 20 mins door-to-door.
