Around the flat we have all amenities on our doorsteps as Tesco Express, CO-OP, 24 hours GYM, takeaways, Coffee shops if you need do a big shopping the Lewisham Centre is only 20 minutes walking from here ( or 10 minutes by buses or 5 minutes by train).

The rent price will enclose: Building Insurance, Meridian fees, Electricity Water, Broadband ( 1 Gb) and the weekly cleaner.

The weekly cleaner will be made on Saturday in the kitchen, the bathroom and your room, bed sheets will be changed and washed ( every week).
