Double Room Available in Modern Flat

Looking for a female professional to take over my tenancy agreement and rent my current room. You will be sharing the flat with a young female professional working in consultancy in the City. The rent is £962.50 per calendar month (without bills) and the deposit is £836.54 which must be paid once signing the contract. Bills not included, however, they are currently rounding up to £140 - £180 per person / month, depending on season.

The person selected would have to go through a standard referencing process which can take up to 2-4 weeks to complete. To pass the referencing you will need to meet the following criteria and be able to provide the following documents:

Criteria

- Be in a permanent full-time contract and have already passed the probation period
- No students, freelancers or temporary contracts

Documents

- Passport
- Visa (if applicable)
- Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (Utility bill, council tax bill, P60, NHS letter, Polling Card or HMRC Letter is accepted only – No other documents can be accepted)
- Last 3 months bank statements
- Last 3 months payslips
