You’ll be sharing with a lovely young female professional working in consultancy in the City. The flat is relaxed, tidy, and a great base for commuting or working from home.

About the room & flat:

- Double bedroom with plenty of space for a desk (ideal for WFH)

Rent & bills:

- Deposit: £836.54 (paid at contract signing)

About you:

We’re looking for a female professional in a full-time permanent role (past probation). Unfortunately, no students, freelancers, or temporary contracts.

- Proof of address (e. g. council tax or utility bill dated within 3 months)
- Last 3 months’ payslips & bank statements
