I have two single rooms ( for single international students, currently not taken, if taken, I will remove this adv.) to rent from 15 Sept 2025 including all bills (Council Tax, Water, and Electricity) and fibre broadband.
Larger room:
£720/month included bills
£650/month included bills

The rooms come with furniture including a bed, desk, and wardrobe.

The flat has a kitchen with a washing machine/cooker/fridge-freezer, microwave, etc. The apartment also has a fitted shower, toilet, and a separate WC.

Location:

-300 meter walks to DLR Elverson Road station with quick and easy access to Bank or Canary Wharf.

-10 mins walk to Lewisham station with both national rail and DLR. Tesco is less than 5 minutes.

-walking distance to Greenwich University (0.8 miles) and Goldsmith University (1.4 miles)

You will be sharing the place with two other quiet people would ideally suit students, and due to the size of the kitchen, we prefer you don't like cooking that much.

Quiet & easy go international students prefer can stay one year or more.
