You will be sharing the flat with another tenant (25 year old professional British male) and very occasionally with the owner (55 year old retired French female).
The flat entrance is on the ground floor, street-side, well lit-up.
On the ground floor you'll find the kitchen and the owner's room.
On the first floor there's the shared bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The bedroom currently available is garden-side, west facing, so getting plenty of sun, with 2 windows.
The bedroom is double in size, but set up for single occupancy.
The room comes with:
- a double bed (bedding can be provided)
- a large in-built wardrobe with hangers and shelves
- a desk and chair
- a bookshelf
- a floor lamp
The shared bathroom is old but functional, with good water pressure and dedicated space for everyone's items.
On the 1st floor landing you'll find a shared ironing board & iron, spare bath mats, a hair dryer and broom & dustpan.
The shared kitchen is on the ground floor. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, plunge cafetiere, fridge-freezer, gas hob and electric oven. All kitchen utensils and crockery are at your disposal.
In the entrance hallway on the ground floor there is a shoe rack and coat pegs, a bucket & mop and a bagless vacuum cleaner.
The garden is available about 10 months per year, when the owner is not here. Also available when the owner is not here is a greenhouse attached to the ground floor where you can park your bike.
