The room is in a purpose-built, split-level flat between Blackheath and Hither Green, with frequent trains to London Bridge (15 minutes), Waterloo, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Victoria.
Lewisham DLR is 10 minutes away by bus.
You will be sharing the flat with another tenant (25 year old professional British male) and very occasionally with the owner (55 year old retired French female).
The flat entrance is on the ground floor, street-side, well lit-up.
On the ground floor you'll find the kitchen and the owner's room.
On the first floor there's the shared bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The bedroom currently available is garden-side, west facing, so getting plenty of sun, with 2 windows.
The bedroom is double in size, but set up for single occupancy.
The room comes with:
- a single bed (90x190cm) with a brand new mattress from IKEA
- a large in-built wardrobe with hangers and shelves
- a desk and chair
- a bookshelf
- a floor lamp
- a small sofa
- bedding and towels if required

The shared bathroom is old but functional, with good water pressure and dedicated space for everyone's items.
On the 1st floor landing you'll find a shared ironing board & iron, spare bath mats, a hair dryer and a bagless vacuum cleaner.

The shared kitchen is on the ground floor. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, plunge cafetiere, fridge-freezer, gas hob and electric oven. All kitchen utensils and crockery are at your disposal.
In the entrance hallway on the ground floor there is a shoe rack and coat pegs, a bucket & mop and a broom & dustpan.

Looking for a very clean, respectful, quiet and responsible person. Strictly no smoking. People with experience in flat-sharing preferred.
