About Us
I have recently purchased the property and live there with my partner, Josie. We both have demanding jobs which keeps us out of the house during the day, and enjoy coming home to a relaxing environment in the evening, where we can cook and chill. We enjoy cooking good food, drinking wine, exploring London, being active, and watching sports (football and F1 primarily).
We are opening up our home to a like-minded student or professional to move into our spare bedroom. Our ideal flatmate is someone who is easy-going, respectful, clean and tidy, and shares our similar interests.
The Apartment
The apartment is a brand new penthouse with open-plan kitchen, dining, living space and adjoining balcony. The communal area benefits from high vaulted ceilings and west facing windows that provide ample natural light. The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances including built-in microwave, oven, induction hob and fridge-freezer. An instant hot-water tap and coffee machine are also available to make preparing tea and coffee a breeze. The flat also benefits from central heating, integrated washer-dryer, and an outdoor parcel storage for larger deliveries. There is a shared communal patio at the rear of the property.
The lodger is able to use all of the household appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots/pans, herbs/spices etc as there is limited space for additional and duplicate items in the property. The lodger will have space in the fridge/freezer and cupboard for their own food/drinks.
The Bedroom
A large double bedroom with high vaulted ceilings, and an east facing window with operable shade which gets the morning light. The bedroom comes furnished with a double ottoman bed, mattress and mattress topper (bed has underneath storage), large clothes rail with shoe rack, chest of drawers, and a bedside table. The bedroom door is also lockable for maximum privacy.
The Shared Bathroom
The lodger will also have access to the shared bathroom located next to the bedroom which includes a bath/rain shower, toilet, sink, storage unit, and heated clothes rail. We have an en-suite, so only use the bathroom occasionally.
Bills included
The following bills are included: Council Tax, High-Speed Fibre Broadband, Electricity/Gas. The lodger will also have access to the house streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Now TV, BT Sport) on the main TV and their own devices.
Please note that the price shown is based on WFH up to 2 days per week. Should you need to WFH on a more frequent basis, an additional contribution to bills will need to be agreed.
Non-Negotiables
Single occupancy only. No couples/families
No house parties/uninvited guests
We have an adorable pet cat (called Tiger) who is the real owner of the property, and so applicants must be happy living with a cat.

Please note furniture in all rooms besides the room for rent has been changed.
