Double room in spacious penthouse apartment!

Hi! Im looking for someone to takeover my room in this lovely 3 bed apartment!
As I am leaving due to  moving in with my girlfriend.

The room available is a double room boasting a king sized ottoman bed and large built in wardrobes. So there is plenty of storage space.

The apartment itself is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ( the master has an en suite)  so you'll only be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person. It's on the very top floor of the building and has a video intercom system .

The living area / kitchen is a very spacious open plan surrounded by sliding glass doors which let in plenty of natural light and leads directly onto a huge balcony that wraps around the entire apartment! Perfect for relaxing outside with a coffee in the mornings or a nice cold drink on those hot summer days.

The kitchen comes fitted with a fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine.

The apartment comes with access to a residents only gym which includes a swimming pool, also there is a 24/7 concierge on site incase you miss any delivery's.

The apartment has a designated parking spot (gated) which I am currently using and would be available to you if needed.
If you don't drive, we are just a short 30 second walk to Deptford Bridge DLR which takes you to canary wharf and connects to the jubilee line , or a 15min walk to Deptford train station which can get you to London bridge in ~15mins

There's plenty of pubs & resturants in the surrounding areas and a tescos just 2 minutes away for any essentials you might need.

There is a 1 time fee of £80 to change the name on the contract which I am happy to pay however there will be a deposit needed of 1 months rent.

The rent is £1082pcm and includes all bills except electricity.  We also have a cleaner that comes bi-weekly to clean all the communal areas + shared bathroom.

Your current flatmate is a working professionals who is quiet, respectful and easy to get along with. ( I work nights and have never been woken up once)
