Sublet in Greenwich

We are looking to sublet a room in our lovely semidetached 4 bedrooms house from the 3rd of November until the 28th of February. The room is on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom.

The house has a nice fully equipped American style open kitchen to a dining room, has a living room, and a big garden.

Bills paid on top of rent include Wifi, electricty, water and council tax, and amount to around £130 monthly.

We are looking for a professional woman in her late twenties/early thirties, who is extremely clean, tidy and reliable. We are hoping to find someone friendly, who likes quiet times but also likes to share the occasional glass of wine. You will share the house with 3 other lovely young and active professional girls.

The Greenwich, Lewisham and St Johns train station are all 10-15 minutes' walk where there are trains for London Bridge every 10 minutes which makes it convenient and ideal for great access to the city. The DLR is 5 minutes' walk (Elverson Road) and there are also multiple night buses available.
