Lovely house share between Greenwich and Lewisham

Hi :) Our lovely housemate of 5 years has moved out and we’re looking for someone to replace her. We are currently all women living here, with a mix of students and professionals, including dancers and creatives.
The house is quite big with a shared living room and kitchen, two bathrooms and a small garden.
The house is across the road to a lovely park, also a 5 minutes walk from a big Tesco and Asda. It is also literally next to the DLR station, and about 10 minutes walk to Lewisham station so has great transport links, however, the room in question is faced out back, so away from the station.
Rent includes most bills (gas/water/electric and TV licence), broadband and council tax (Band D) are not included but very reasonable. We also have a nice landlord who is quick to fix any urgent issues.
The room will be available from 11th of December, so would love for anyone who's interested to come and view as soon as possible.
