Our house is right opposite Elverson Road DLR station (zone 2). We have a very spacious double room with a bay window available.

About us
We are three flatmates in our mid-twenties to early thirties . One works for a charity and freelances for outdoor arts organisations alongside, she loves cooking, comedy, negronis and is always on the go. The second works for a children's theatre company as a stage manager, is often on tour but loves to share an evening watching the telly, chatting and drinking a glass of red when home and the third works full time in art fabrication, is into cycling, swimming, sleeping, pubbing and eating copious amounts of noodles.

We have a good balance between living together but also leading independent lives. We are looking for someone who is kind and relaxed; kind is really the most important thing to us!

The deposit on our house is split equally between the four tenants and our bills are about £85 a month. This includes council tax, we are Royal Borough of Greenwich, band D.

Where possible, we would like viewings in person and are keen to find someone as soon as possible for the tenancy starting mid May.
