Double room with private bathroom

I have a spare room in my 2 bed 2 bath flat that I've been living in for a year as my current flatmate is moving out. I am keen to keep the flat given its convenience in terms of transport links and grocery stores nearby. It is right by the Lewisham train and DLR stations (8 mins to London bridge for instance) and multiple bus stops within walking distance. Its close to Goldsmiths University/New cross, and the lovely Greenwich!

The flat is technically unfurnished, but I have furnished it and my flatmate may be willing to leave behind some bedroom furniture (wardrobe, desk, chair). We have all basic appliances, and washing machine within a utilities cupboard with some extra storage too. Rent per person is 1099 including wifi. Flexible with move in dates until 8th Oct.

You would be living with me- soon to be 30, Psychotherapist, vegetarian. I prefer vegetarians/vegans but its not a deal breaker as long as we have built an understanding :)
