Looking for someone to take over my room from the beginning of January. It is a contract until July 2027 and will have to go through the lettings agency for referencing to be brought in as an official tenant.
Please note that the bed and mattress will be taken when I leave.
You would be living with one other person, 30s - teacher.
The tenancy is £850 per month until July when it’ll go up to £875 per month as per our contract.
Bills usually come out at £185ish per month
