£690 total, small cosy room in sociable flat!

We are looking for a new flatmate for our cosy flat in Deptford/Greenwich!

The room itself is bright, and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. A desk can be bought from the leaving tenant.

You will be sharing the flat with Ali (27, medical student) and a new tenant (20s, radio producer). We are friendly and creative so looking for someone similar, we are also a sociable flat who enjoy hanging out, but at the same time respect each others space and privacy. We are looking for other young professionals between the ages of 25-35! (students will need to pass reference checks and pay council tax within their bills)

We are lucky to be just a short walk away from many shops, restaurants and parks – Deptford and Lewisham High Street are both about a 10 minute walk away, with Blackheath and Greenwich Parks also about 10 minutes’ walk away. Our closest transport stations are Deptford Bridge DLR (7 minute walk), Greenwich Rail Station (10 minutes) and Lewisham Rail Station (10 minutes).

Viewings can be run this weekend (6th-10th August) and next weekend (14th-16th August).

Bills per month: Roughly £120 - This includes internet, gas, electricity, water and council tax (Band C).
