Your Room: A cozy, private bedroom with plenty of storage space.

The Layout: Two floors, a fully equipped kitchen, a main bathroom, and an extra guest toilet.

Perks: In-unit washing machine + tumble dryer, and a beautiful private garden 🌿 (perfect for relaxing or smoking outside, as smoking is not allowed indoors).

👥 The Vibe & Ideal Flatmate

Dog Lover: You must love dogs and be respectful of them. They rule the house! 🐕

Social & Clean: I’m looking for someone tidy, clean, and quiet, but who also enjoys making a home. I’d love a flatmate who enjoys sharing a glass of wine 🍷 or having dinner together from time to time.

No "Ghost" Tenants: London can be a lonely city, so I prefer someone who doesn't just lock themselves in their room all day. Let's make this house feel alive!

Guests: Friends and visits are always more than welcome. 😀❤️
