Furnished Room Avaliable from end of September

Hey! My lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend at the end of September, and so I am looking for someone to continue the tenancy with me.

The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, desk and wardrobe, with plenty of space for a decent working from home set up.

We’re lucky to have a balcony out the back of the flat. The communal kitchen / living space is bright and spacious, with a tv and separate dining area.

Location-wise, we’re really well connected, with Greenwich Station around a 10 minute walk away and Lewisham Station around 15 minutes away.

Rent is currently £1,100 a month, including bills. The rent may increase slightly when the tenancy renews at the end of September, but over the last two renewals the increase has been £50, which we split between us. The flat is Council Tax Band C.

I’m looking for someone who’s working in London and looking for a chill place to come home to. Ideally someone who’s clean, considerate and happy to have a chat over dinner or a drink, but also respects each other’s space.
