The house itself has plenty of extra storage, large bathroom, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer, communal TV Sitting-room (with Sky+) and a private garden. Smokers are welcome but we ask that you smoke outside.

The house is situated in a safe residential area close to the popular areas of Blackheath Village, Blackheath, Greenwich Village and Greenwich Park. It is located in Zone 2 equidistant between Lewisham (6 minutes away) and Blackheath (10 minutes away) rail stations – both of which offer direct trains into central London (Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Waterloo, Victoria and New Cross (for London Overground) are just a few destinations that are easy to get to. A fruit and veg market, shopping centre, brand new leisure centre with swimming pool, 2 large supermarkets (one of which is 24hrs) and excellent Bus, Rail and DLR transport links are just minutes from the house. A major transport advantage for this house is that there is a night bus from central London (Charing Cross/Covent Garden area) that stops right outside the house, meaning getting home from a night out is made easy.

I am a young professional who works as an Assistant Psychologist in the NHS. I enjoy socialising, but also enjoy a quiet night in from time to time. I'm easy-going considerate and friendly, respect people’s space and privacy but also like to have friendly chats over dinner and a drink - all I ask is that you keep the communal areas (relatively) tidy!
