A lovely double room is available fully furnished from 1 May.

It costs £790 pcm.
Bills, council tax, fast wifi and the friendly housemates are all included. Additional creatures living here are fish in a fish tank.

Greenwich Park, University, Craft Market and the famous Cutty Sark and the Date line are all nearby. Lewisham Shopping Centre is appx 15 mins walk, but of course we have buses running there. Elverson Road DLR is 2 minutes brisk walk.

We are looking for a housemate who's working, tidy, and prefers a quiet home. The room is for single occupancy only, because we don't want to overcrowd the house. Maximum number of people in the house is 4.

It has a front and rear garden where smokers can smoke and those blessed with green fingers can potter around if they wish.

Since everyone works silly long hours, this is not exactly a place for regular social activities with the housemates. However, all of us are totally normal and friendly, you'll be well looked after in our little home.
