A lovely smaller double room is available in our house.
It costs £710pcm and includes all bills, council tax, super fast wifi, tv in the living room and the friendly housemates.
Deposit is 2 weeks.
The property has been refurbished a couple of years ago - new kitchen, bathroom, newly painted and decorated rooms. The house is on a no car access street, so it is quiet and safe.
Greenwich Park, University, Craft Market and the famous Cutty Sark and the Date line are all nearby. Lewisham Shopping Centre is appx 15 mins walk, but of course we have buses running there. Elverson Road DLR is 2 minutes brisk walk; 5 minutes if you walk slowly. Lewisham train station is 10 minutes walk or one stop on the DLR.
We are looking for a someone who is working, tidy and prefers a quiet home. There are currently four people living here, but one of our housemates is getting married, so she's leaving us:(
There is a front and rear garden, where smokers can smoke and those blessed with green fingers can pot around.
