Large double and furnished with 2 wardrobes (1 single and 1 double door), double bed along with additional storage. You will have your own cupboards in the kitchen for food and share half of the fridge. Pots and pans, and general kitchen equipment is shared, no need to cover this. The Courtyard has table and chairs for relaxing.

You’d be living with Me and my 2 cats, both are gentle and well house trained and love attention.

Life is pretty standard during the week, I work mon- fri and the flat is generally pretty quiet during the week. I tend to spend evenings chilling, socialising with friends or watching tv. I will be happy to share a glass of wine and chat. Cycling keeps me active on the weekend.

So many good options nearby for food, drink, and independent stores in Nunhead, Peckham and East Dulwich. Deptford and Greenwich are also close by.
LIDL, ALDI (re-opening Dec) and Sainsbury's all within easy walking distance.
