Basement room located in a Victorian 5 bedroom house, joint use of large tidy kitchen, communal living space. would ideally suit a student looking to share premises with a friendly bunch of clean and tidy students :) All bills shared. This is a short term let just under two months till the 10th of September this year.

NOTE: this is a takeover of existing tenancy. You can extend the term in September with a new landlord agreement.
