Single room Zone 2 weekdays only

Hi, I am looking to let a single bedroom in my well located ground floor flat in Nunhead (South East London) - Zone 2. You would be sharing the flat with me the live in landlord.

This is for a part time weekday let Monday-Thursday (3 nights) so would suit someone who is working in London (not WFH) and needs to be elsewhere at the weekends. I am also open to discuss other options such as short term full time lets.
The flat is in a secure and friendly building in Nunhead (close to Peckham/East Dulwich/Brockley/New Cross in South East London). It's a 3 minute walk to Nunhead train station where there are direct links to Victoria, Blackfriars and Kings Cross St Pancras. The flat is also a 15 minute walk to either Brockley (zone 3) or Queens Road Peckham (zone 2) for the Overground.

Nunhead has a lovely villagey feel to it, with a handy high street (includes local Co-Op supermarket and nice pubs).

The flat is fully furnished with a small kitchen including microwave and washing machine. Internet, TV and desk space is available. The bedroom has a single bed, desk and underbed storage for your things.

I am looking for a responsible professional who will appreciate that I like to keep a clean and tidy flat. Tenant should be non-smoking, no smoking in the flat and no pets please.
