My housemates and I are looking for a kind, respectful, chilled and clean person to take over my tenancy in our lovely house from 21st of August🤗 it’s a gorgeous 2 room bedroom, very spacious and light, and comes with a spacious double bed and a private courtyard.

The house has an open, vibrant kitchen/living room that overlooks a bright conservatory and beautiful garden. There is also an upstairs bathroom and additional separate toilet downstairs.

The house is very well located, 5 minute walk to Nunhead National Rail and 10 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham and New Cross Gate overground stations. We are also a short walk away from Telegraph hill’s epic view point.

A little about us: we are three young professionals working in marketing. We all like music and good vibes, and like to maintain a good amicable environment in the house.

Also worth noting that bills are not included in rent and come to roughly £150.00 a month, including council tax.
