I'm moving to Whislter, Canada for at least a year and therefore looking to rent out my beautiful 1 bed flat in the New / Cross Deptford area to a trustworthy responsbile professional.

Nestled in the heart of trendy Deptford, South London, this sunny and stylish apartment is brand new and is 5 mins train ride to central London Bridge / Tower Bridge area, 10 minutes to Cannon Street, 15 minutes to Shoreditch High Street, 15 minutes walk to Greenwich, 10 minutes walk to the River.

Cozy retreat near Goldsmith Uni, the historic Greenwich, and the lively vibes of Peckham. Embrace Deptford's artsy spirit, surrounded by a friendly neighbourhood. We have built an amazing community, and live in a very friendly new build (we moved in in 2022) and lots of the neighbours are friends so if you need anything whilst I'm away, they will be here to support.

The apartment itself is a 4th and top floor aparment which is a fully furnished 1 bed, lots of storage for clothes, a desk for WFH, TV, sofa, and balcony with a 'day bed' for relaxing in the summer / warmer months.

I'm looking to leave mid august, so hosting viewings over the next couple of weeks in July to find the perfect tenant.
