Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as sadly I’m moving out beginning of august.

The room is super spacious with lots of storage. You have the whole top floor to yourself with an en-suite and desk nook outside, perfect for working from home or even more storage.

Rent is 950PCM with bills around £80-100PCM.

The tenancy runs from 8th August - 7th July so looking for someone to take over the whole of the tenancy.

The flat is located by Telegraph Hill and New Cross with great transport links.
- New Cross Gate: 5 min walk : national rail and overground
- New Cross Station: 10 min walk: national rail and overground
- Queens Road Peckham: 15 min walk: national rail and overground
Deptford Bridge: 20 min walk : Dlr station

Also right by the bus garage so lots of bus routes into and out of London!

Katie: 25 and works in the civil service
Iz: 25 and works in freelance production
Ellie: 24 and a social media manager at a marketing agency

Love charity shopping, going for coffee and a good aperol spot. Looking for someone with similar interests who would be interested in joining in the flat rather than just being a stranger that lives in the room upstairs! But also understand everyone needs their down time and you get a lot of privacy in the flat due to having the whole top floor to yourself!

Please note the room comes unfurnished, however I would be open to selling my bed and mattress for cheap (both brand new bought a year ago and topper has been used on the mattress). Also potentially some other furniture if wanted!
