Single Room in Brockley Female Household

We're three girls (20-23) looking for a replacement housemate for a single room in SE14, starting in September.

The house is a small 4 bedroom located close to both Brockley Station (5 min) and Goldsmiths University of London. (7 min)

The house is a 1.5 bath and contains a fully equipped kitchen, a communal living room and a large garden.

The street itself is very residential with on-street parking available. It is also very close to multiple shops, cafes and pubs, overall a really lovely area.

We have lived here for a year with one housemate moving out post graduation, staying are two continuing students and one recent graduate. We are looking for another student or recent grad to fill the room.

We are a very communal house and the bedroom is quite small so we are looking for someone who will be comfortable using the communal areas and be involved with the household.
We are good friends, who spend a lot of time together, often watching films, cooking or going to the pub.
