Large double room just behind Goldsmiths

Large double room (12M²) in my Victorian terraced house. We have a large untamed garden, 2 bathrooms, shared living room, dining room, and a kitchen full of gadgets.

The room is 3.66m x 3m with a 3.12m high ceiling. The double bed is a fixed mezzanine style above the doorway accessed by a ladder. There is also a Muji double sofa bed in the room.

Previous lodger has finally moved on after 11 years with us.

We have 3 cats in the house which are quite timid, they may come say hello on occasion.

There is a large living room with 2 sofas, a TV & Stereo. Next to this is a shared dining room with a large table that can seat 10. The kitchen leads off this and has an oven, microwave, 2 fridges, 5 burner gas hob, rice cooker, juicer, blender, kettle, small dishwasher, etc.

I provide all the pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. Cleaning products, kitchen roll, and toilet roll is also included.

In the house we also have a double guest room that can be made available for brief visits from family and friends.
