Tenant seeking to rent

My flat is situated near new cross gate and queens road station and easy access to London Bridge. My flat is a 4 bedroom maisonette and renting the rooms including the living room. The flat is on the ground floor with it's own garden. I also have a very clean kitchen and bathroom. I'm looking for someone who is sociable and would clean up after themselves.
