Hi all
My current flatmate moved abroad and with 2 months left on our contract , i'm looking for someone to take over the room. Currently it's only 1 tenant (Me) in a fairly big 2 bedroom flat. It's Zone 2 so fairly close to central , with about 10 to 15 minute walk to Surrey Quays or New Cross Gate (Both overground). Also it's about a 8-10 minute walk to South Bermondsey train station (western railway).
It is currently furnished with a double bed so they don't leave a lot space, however there is a chest of draw in the living where you can store extra clothes., along with room underneath bed.
It mostly great for people looking to rent something cheap and short until they find something better. So please know , there is no possibility to extend the contract and will end at the end of November. So ideally it is for someone to move ASAP and looking for something quick , nice and easy!
