My Name is Reuben, I am a live-in Landlord, and I work within Music and Film. 
I have a lovely furnished double room available, located on a quiet street in New Cross, South East London. - Room is Open to Males only 

We are a calm, relaxed and respectful household looking for a very clean, polite, and considerate housemate who shares our values and positive energy.
Ideally, someone veggie or pescatarian or happy to cook mainly veg/pesc would fit in well with our household. 

Maintaining the right dynamic and balance is important to us.

You’ll have access to a clean shared kitchen, a lounge area, private Garden, and a shared upstairs bathroom and additional Downstairs Toilet. 

The house is well connected through public transport; 10 mins to 2 Overground Stations (New Cross Gate and New Cross) 1 stop to London Bridge, 2 Stops to Canada Water (Jubilee Line), 15 mins walk to Deptford Bridge - DLR And Deptford Station and is within walking distance to local shops, cafe’s and supermarkets and Local Parks.

You will be sharing with myself 
And 2 house mates. 
All males 
Respectful, clean and both working Full time.

Rent is £795 p/m - (700 + 95 for bills)

*with exception of Water bill, due twice a year and split equally.

- 6 months Minimum stay
