I have a single room I am subletting in a house in the lovely Brockley area in SE London 🌸⭐️. It’s in Zone 2, a two minute walk from the Brockley station and Sainsbury’s local, and a minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The neighbourhood has loads of nice little shops, and the street itself is green, leafy and feels very safe!

I am subletting till September 2025, but afterwards there is a possibility to extend. The room is in a terraced house with a massive garden and four bedrooms, currently occupied by all girls; A recent grad, a master’s student and a bachelors student (all of which have gone to Goldsmiths), so it’s perfect for a student or recent grad!

The house hangs out a lot together (going to gigs, pub nights or watching movies) and everyone is good friends 👯‍♀️
