One spacious (5 × 4 metres), sunny, south-facing bedroom on offer in a recently renovated 3.5 Bed/2 Bath flat with a big garden!

The room is furnished with a double bed and mid-century modern nightstands, a tall chest of drawers, shelving, and a big (140 × 70 cms) desk. There are also two closets that have rails for hanging clothes.

There are multiple transport links – Overground (Windrush Line), DLR, and Southeastern and Southern trains, a 5 to 15 minute walk away. There is also space to store bicycles and free street parking available.

I'm an American woman in my 30's who likes cinema, cooking, working out, and listening to the radio and audiobooks. I'm usually at home during the day on weekdays and out at night and on weekends. I also take care of an ex's dog (a working cocker spaniel) at the flat frequently 🐶.
