I'm an American woman in my 30's who likes cinema, cooking, working out, and listening to the radio and audiobooks. I work from home three days a week, and I take care of an ex's cocker spaniel at the flat about two days a week 🐶. There is one other housemate who is an American woman in her 40s. We're looking for a new housemate who would like to share a friendly, peaceful, caring, and clean and organised space 🍽️🍷✨.
Gas and electric are excluded from the rent and average £50 - £75 p. p. from summer to winter. Broadband, water, Council Tax, and a cleaner every few weeks is included in the rent.
