Homely Room In New Cross Gate

looking for someone to take over my room in my new cross gate (SE14) house share. this room is five mins from new cross gate over ground (windrush line) and is in a house share with 2 other people.

Aaron works in sales, and he’s a lovely lovely boy, but he will be moving out in the coming months too so there will be another room available in this place in june.

Gabby is a photographer, and will be staying. She’s very chilled out and enjoys a nice calm home.

The room will come mostly unfurnished, but there are some pieces of furniture which I could sell including the metal wardrobes, the drawers and maybe even the bed.

This room will be available from the 14th May, there will be no deposit but a £50 fee to account for the tenancy swap. We have 1 year left on the lease and you will need to be able to pass a landlord reference. The dog in the pictures is mine, so she’ll not be living in the property. The room is £875 per month.

Accessability

Front door is down a flight of 9 stairs. There is no intercom or doorbell. The bathroom is on the same floor as the bedrooms. The home is Neurodivergent friendly, I have ADHD and gabby is very understanding. There’s a big garden. The house is not scent free and there is not level access throughout. I think due to some small steps in the corridor the flat is not wheelchair accessible.
