It’s a gorgeous large / modern 2 bedroom new build apartment in the centre of New Cross. The flat has underfloor heating, a balcony and 2 modern bathrooms so you’d have your own!

Also its an open plan kitchen with new fridge, oven freezer, and we have 24/7 maintenance available that come and fix at all residents convenience and keep our parcels if we’re not in. The apartment also has a rooftop and shared garden terrace with tanning chairs ;)

The Uncle apartment is a few mins walk to a large park, Goldsmiths University, and the main train station so very accessible and central. London Bridge 5 mins, Cannon St / Bank 20 mins, and Canada Water is 2 stops picking up the jubilee where you can get to West London (Green park 25 mins)

It’s also pet friendly and my dog lives with me. She is very friendly and playful.

I work remotely f/t therefore ideally seeking someone that’s office bound as I take meetings in the lounge often!

Love nights in and out, cooking, travelling, reading and usually take gym or ClassPass in the evening

The room is fully furnished (with double bed, desk, bedside table, double wardrobe rail, and sleek mirror) also own bathroom.
