Quiet Double room for rent Mon-Fri in SE14

I'm offering a Mon-Fri let of a double room in my ground-floor (3-bed) flat for a rent of £800pcm, including all bills. (p. s. I'm no skilled photographer - the room is bigger than it looks it the photo!)

The flat is in a quiet, low-rise block with good travel connections: an 8 min walk to overground station Queen's Rd Peckham and a 15 mins to New Cross Gate and a 5 mins walk to (relatively) quick bus routes to Central.

The room is peaceful and calm backing onto a communal garden (plenty of trees and birdsong!) And the flat is a space to relax / rest / cook / work.

It's just me living here; I work full-time in a central arts institution.
