Looking for a tenant for homely studio/one bed flat. The flat is in a lovely quiet location in Zone 2, ideally situated between New Cross Gate, South Bermondsey and Queens Road Peckham. It has a separate kitchen and a bedroom but with a curtain instead of a door, hence the 'studio' rather than one bed listing.
There is free parking and bike racks right outside the flat.
This is my own home I am renting out, so looking for someone who will look after it and make it their own home. I lived in the flat for 2 and a half years and loved time there, and then for the last few years I have had tenants living there.
All the current furniture will remain in the flat - bed, sofa, chest of drawers, dining table, sideboard, so it is ready for someone to move in straight away and make themselves at home.
The flat is available to move in from 7th December 2025.
Water bills are included, but electricity, internet and council tax are not. These usually amount to no more than £150/month but the prices of electricity at the moment might mean it's a bit more.
**NB there is no fibre optic cabling into the building at the moment (hopefully it will be installed soon), so internet speed is limited. It is fine for the odd video call and streaming Netflix etc, but if you're working from home all the time and on lots of video calls it may be problematic**
