We have one room with an en-suite (next to room) available in our lovely two-story house maisonette. The home features cast iron radiators, double-glazed windows. The kitchen is separate and we have a large living room

Room Details:

• Bright and spacious with plenty of with a inbuilt wardrobe

We are a couple Irish(m) / Malaysian(f) we are both 40. With this house we are looking to make a mini oasis in London. We are hard workers Monday to Friday, Banking and management. We want someone who will add flavour to the house. We love going to events at the weekend be it a local pub, club or Tomorrowland☺️It’s not a full on party house but there will be times where friends are over. We don’t want someone who just wants a roof over their head. Respectful and fun sums up the vibe.

We are clean individuals and would need the same from who moves in, if you have an ethos of I’ll clean up later it will probably not work.

Rental is £1400 with all bills included for en-suite double room. Move in from February.
