Room available from end of March/start of April

I’m subletting my room in New Cross (near Peckham) from the end of March (I’m pretty flexible with move-in date, could be slightly earlier or slightly later) until the 29th of August.

⭐️ Rent is £980 per month plus bills

⭐️ You’d be living with 5 super lovely housemates, all in their early 20s and either working/studying.

⭐️ The house has 4 floors, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room, and a garden which will be perfect for the summer.

⭐️ It’s on a quiet street just 5 minutes walk from New Cross Gate Station, and 2 minutes walk from a big Sainsbury’s.

⭐️ The room is on the first floor, overlooks the garden and gets plenty of natural light.
