Cosy double room available in a 2 bed flat (1st floor) in a vibrant part of south London. Walking distance to Queens road Peckham (Windrush line) as well as New Cross Gate station (Also Windrush Line).

Fantastic bus links with a bus stop right opposite the flat (Buses 21 towards London Bridge and Borough, 53, 453, 172 towards Waterloo, Elephant & Castle, Marylebone).

The Living and Kitchen are open plan, kitchen isnt huge but works really well for 2 people in the flat. I have a full size fridge as well as a small beer fridge, a microwave, toaster and a working oven. There is no gas connection in the flat so everything is electric. The kitchen has all the basics but I am happy to add or remove things based on what you'd like, same goes for the bedroom.

Ideally looking to start with short term lets but happy to discuss as what really matters to me is having someone I can trust and who is clean.

The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe and dresser. The room faces Old Kent Road so it can get a bit loud sometimes but also means you're very close to good bus and train connections.

All tenants subject to background checks and signing of a lodger agreement, as well as one months deposit. Council tax would be additional to the bills.
