I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious and friendly house share in zone 2 for a short term sublet (2-2.5 months), with potential extension.

The house has a large shared kitchen with ample storage, two fridges, two ovens and a lovely garden - great for relaxing and socialising. There are also two washing machines and a dryer available in the flat. The current housemates are all working professionals who are respectful, easygoing and enjoy hangouts, movie nights should you be up for it.

The room itself is fully furnished, with an en-suite bathroom, plenty of storage and gets lots of natural sunlight. With summer approaching, a fan will be included and there is also a mini heater in addition to the room radiator if needed.

Location highlights:
- 7 min walk to New Cross station (overground, and south eastern railway)
- 10 min walk to New Cross gate station (over ground)
- 20 min train ride to London Bridge
- 5 min walk to small sainsburys, 10 min to larger one
- great area with lots of other amenities and activities (live music, pubs and telegraph hill nearby)
- 30 min walk to Greenwich park
