Double Room Available in Spacious House NEW CROSS

We have a spacious double room available now in our shared house in New Cross. All bills are included.

We are a friendly and chilled house who enjoy a quiet and laid back home life.

The room is a good size. Furnished with bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. It’s at the back of the house looking out to the garden, so it’s nice and peaceful.
We have a big kitchen, dining room and sitting room to share. The house feels spacious with lots of communal areas. It’s a 3 storey Victorian house in a nice street.

We have a cleaning rota which we split between us.

We are looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate of shared spaces. We are a friendly and social bunch, but generally a quiet and calm home that likes it clean and tidy. This would suit someone with a similar life style as we are not a party household.

There are stations Brockley, New Cross and New Cross Gate all in easy reach to travel into the city. Also plenty of shops, gyms and amenities all close by.
