Very sad to be moving out this place. With 4 storeys, you never feel on top of one another. Two living areas. All double rooms. Great location and people to share with laid back but also career driven. Would suit almost all in their late 20s/ early 30s. Great transport links: 5/10 walk from New Cross Gate(Overground) 5/10 min walk from Queens Road Peckham(Overground/National Rail- London Bridge. 10 min journey) 5/10 min walk from Nunhead (National Rail- Victoria 12 min journey). 4 Night bus routes to the end of the road(3 min walk to the house)
